Our damp course paint can help to protect against water ingress by forming a damp guard liquid membrane. Our damp proof paint is also ideal as a vapour barrier. It is best utilised under plaster or renders, for balcony repairs or as a concrete surface coating.

Stain Blocked
Had problems with damp patch appearing in wet weather and took Kingfisher's advice to remove the plaster (turned out someone had previously tried!) Sealed the exposed brick and cement with this paint, then plastered with the Limelite plaster. Early days but seems to have worked.

Did what it promised
I bought it to prevent dampness and water ingress at the base of my concrete prefab garage and through some cracks in the sections, I cemented the base with a fillet and cracks as recommended and we've had lots of rain since and my garage floor has stayed bone dry, extremely pleased with the product, although would be better if it could be bought in smaller tubs as i have barely used any of the paint and did two coats
