Kingfisher Carriage Policy April 2024

Two primary delivery options for smaller U.K MAINLAND orders (Typically under 100 Kg):

  1. Standard 3-day service: £6.25 plus VAT (Note: Highlands Postcodes may be up to 5 working days)
  2. Next Working Day*: £13.95 plus VAT (Not available to Highlands Postcodes)

*Excludes weekends and public holidays

Cut-off time for “Next Working Day” orders to be processed is 12:00 noon. Once your goods have been despatched, you will normally receive a confirmatory e-mail with tracking details so that you can check the progress of your order.

Tester pots & Quikpoint spares

  1. Standard 3-day service (Royal Mail): FREE for single orders (£2.95 plus VAT for QTY)
  2. Next Working Day*: £13.95 plus VAT

*Excludes weekends and public holidays

Cut-off time for “Next Working Day” orders to be processed is 12:00 noon.

For U.K pallet deliveries (typically over 100Kg and up to 1000 Kg):

Contact us on 01229 869 100 for further information. Pallet delivery is from £50 including VAT and may be higher depending on delivery location, our dedicated team will be pleased to quote for your precise delivery weight and location. For standard U.K delivery, we use a national carrier but as with all such services there are geographical limitations. For other areas we may use alternate service providers. If you order from one of our many U.K islands or from remote areas of the Scottish Highlands, you should allow at least 2 extra days on the delivery times noted above, especially if making time critical planning decisions. The postcode criteria are too many to list and costs will vary according to weight, dimensions, and quantity, so it is best to phone your order in 01229 869 100 and one of our friendly team will work with our carriers to quote you the most competitive rate.

As a general point about deliveries, Kingfisher and its agents will endeavour to deliver your items timeously, but any estimates given here, or in communications with our Head Office should be regarded as approximate. We will accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from delayed deliveries. Missed “Next Working Day” deliveries will usually have the carriage charge refunded in full.
