It is important to recognise that Kolourseal Roof Coatings are only as good as the preparation of the roof and therefore the surface must not only be thoroughly cleaned (usually with a rotary jet pressure washer), it must also be treated with Kingfisher Bio-Wash Patio and Roof Cleanser, to kill any latent moss roots, mould spores etc.
