Kolourseal Roof Coatings offer a rich range of natural colours which will restore definition, character and colour to your faded roof. Kolourseal roof tile paints act as a roof sealer as well as a restoration product, using the same premium acrylic polymers as those applied to modern roof tiles so you can be sure of a waterproof and highly durable finish for years to come. It is important to recognise that Kolourseal roof coatings are only as good as the preparation of the roof and therefore the surface must not only be thoroughly cleaned (usually with a rotary jet pressure washer), it must also be treated with Kingfisher Bi-Wash Patio and Roof Cleanser, to kill any latent moss roots, mould spores etc.
