Effective basement tanking is increasingly important in both new build and refurbishment projects. In fact the pressure on developers and builders to optimise space has never been greater. Kingfisher’s tanking products help to create dry environments which can be effectively insulated to meet current building regulations. In flood damaged properties, tanking can be used to speed up the drying out to re-occupancy timeline and on new build our Aquatech provides an excellent primary waterproofing system when used with a cavity drainage membrane.
